 PVC
Pipe
This is schedule 40 and schedule 80 pvc pipe. Schedule
40 is available in gray and white, and is for socket
fittings only. It is NSF listed, but can't be threaded.
Schedule 80 is available in gray and is for socket or
threaded fittings. It can be threaded and is NSF listed.
This pipe is manufactured by Harvel Plastics and is
superior in quality to commercial grades of PVC pipe
used for regular plumbing. |

 CPVC
Pipe
Schedule 80 can be used with threaded and
socket joints; schedule 40 is not recommended for
threading. Socket joints are assembled with solvent pipe
cement. For threaded joints use Teflon® tape. This CPVC
material has comparable corrosion resistance to PVC pipe
yet it is suitable for handling corrosive material at
temps 40 to 60 deg F higher than PVC. It is lightweight,
easy to assemble and install. Job-site erection of a
leakproof joint can be made in only a minute with
solvent cement, or by threading. Lths can be cut quickly
and easily with a saw. NSF listed, not UV stabilized. |

 Polypropylene
Pipe
This pipe is for industrial applications involving
corrosive media. Polypropylene may be used at
temperatures to 150 deg F, in continuous pressure
service, and at temperatures to 180 deg F, with gravity
flow conditions. Polypropylene is the lightest of all
thermoplastics. It has good resistance to strong acids
except highly active oxidizers, such as nitric acid. It
also has excellent resistance to weak and strong
alkalies and to most organic solvents, non-conductor of
electricity. |

 PVC Furniture Pipe
In minutes, make your own worktables, racks, and
furniture with our white plastic pipe. Just cut lengths
of white plastic pipe with hacksaw and slip on plastic
fittings. The quickest assembly possible and you will be
proud of your finished product. If you want permanent
assembly, cement joints with PVC cement. This PVC is
compounded and blended expressly for pipe furniture. It
has a high content of titanium dioxide, weather
inhibitors, and impact modifiers. The color will not
fade and it is extremely resistant against breakage.
